Using high quality goat’s milk at its best, maintaining traditions and flavour, AMALATTEA produces excellent “ricotta”.

The fresh Gentile ricotta does not undergo the maturing process, is rich in water and has a delicate sweet taste. The texture is well blended, white and crumbly.

Soft and spreadable, it is perfect both as condiment and as stuffing.  The fats, mainly short chain ones, and a low lactose content, make this product particularly suitable for people intolerant to casein and lactose.
