Our company was founded in 1998 as a specialized company producing goat dairy products. Over the years, Amalattea has worked hard to strategically meet the demands of a limited target of consumers who are allergic to cow's milk or soy- and rice-based vegetable drinks.
This group of consumers is now larger and larger since consumption based on necessity is now going hand in hand with consumption based on the enjoyment of the products. Fresh cheese spread is appreciated due to its mild taste and caciotta soft cheese is chosen since it is tastier than caciotta cheese produced using other kinds of milk.
As a general rule, what is appreciated is the “aromatic” taste of the goat dairy products and on tasting them what is felt is the high intrinsic qualitative level.
