The Amalattea scientific library is a very important support for the many research activities that are carried out within the company

It includes papers, articles, press releases and conference proceedings focused on goat milk and its by-products. This is a book heritage – which is now still rather small – that intends to provide  as much information as possible on the goat sector, goat milk-based products, their medical and nutritional properties and their use in dietotherapies intended for children, adults and the elderly.

Documents and papers are being indexed to make them available to doctors, students, people working in the food distribution sector and everyone wishing to consult them for discussion purposes, studies and further updating.

In order to optimize the efficiency of books' and documents' searches by using key words, a software for the management of the library is currently being created, to make available on-line all the digitally stored information as soon as possible.
