There are so many children who, because of their intolerance to cow’s milk, are unable to have this precious drink.It is very rare that school canteens offer meals produced with milk other than cow’s milk which often causes uncomfortable dermatitis and gastrointestinal problems.To meet the needs of the children unable to use cow’s milk and its derivatives, Amalattea has produced a wide range of goat’s milk based products – milk, cheese, ricotta, ice creams, biscuits, natural and fruit yoghurt, which do not include any other type of milk.This means that parents do not have to prepare special meals for school and the child is guaranteed a balanced nutrition as well as not being socially emarginated, which could have a negative effect on the child’s development and school achievements.Amalattea is happy to meet with catering representatives in order to provide goat’s milk products to schools.
