Goat milk is a very special food, whose features must be disseminated and described with scientific precision. That's why our company is planning information and food education campaigns to be held in schools, as well as specially organised conferences. For this activity's purposes, an intense collaboration involving the company and the food and nutrition research institutes, as well as experimental zootechnical and zoo-prophylactic institutes has been developed. AMALATTEA's Scientific Department works really hard at organising highly scientific multi-disciplinary conferences where famous speakers and experts of the food sector are invited to participate.
