That's why we worked hard and paid the greatest attention to the development of a full range of products made of 100% goat milk, based on a special production method and dedicated to those who are allergic or do not want to drink other kinds of milk.

There's more to it than you think. A number of products have been specially studied to meet the nutritional needs of those consumers suffering from specific food-borne diseases.

For instance, malabsorption due to a gastro-intestinal apparatus suffering from ulcers and colitises may be relieved by consuming goat's products enriched with probiotic enzymes (they may be found in the LA GIOSTRA yoghurt and cheese). If you are on a low-cholesterol diet, Amalattea products – among whose ingredients you cannot find either butter or eggs - can be easily included into it (biscuits and ice-cream). Coeliac sufferers can taste the 5 ice-cream flavours of the Gelateria Amalattea (Amalattea Creamery) since they are gluten-free.
