Organic goat’s milk CERTIFIED BY AGROCERT

The organic uht goat’s milk produced and distributed by the Amalattea Group was certified by BIOAGRICERT.  Bioagricert has certified the farms where organic milk is produced,  the Galydhà processing facility of Villagrande Strisaili (Sardinia) and the distributing platform of Palestrina (Rome). All three stages of the production process were evaluated by Bioagricoop in order to verify compliance with the requirements laid down in EU Regulation EC 2092/91, in Presidential Decree 220/95 and subsequent modifications.

In order to ensure greater transparency and safety, visit Bioagricert’s website at www.bioagricert.org where you will find the official certifications obtained by the Amalattea Group.  You can also check the labels of the products available on the market, GALYDHA’ and MONTECAPRINO organic whole uht goat’s milk, the certification date issued by BioAgriCert, and the list of product ingredients.  Traceability starts with the certification code on the product’s label, that you can type in in the specific section of BioAgriCert’s website.

This system makes all the actors participating in production actively involved in organic farming, to provide greater quality and safety of organic products.
