Amalattea has gradually grown at industrial and international levels, and, pursuing its expansion plan, has a medium term objective of consolidating and strengthening the Italian market, as well as entering those international markets, which see in Amalattea a potential that other companies do not have. This is why our development strategy focuses on quality production and sourcing of raw materials; distinctive aspects which ensure competitiveness. Amaletta's strive for high quality started long before the introduction of regulations.  Amalattea’s goat’s milk has improved over the years thanks to its continuous commitment to the highest quality, strict checks and breed selection. Our commitment to obtaining controlled production results has developed hand in hand with our modern industrial technology. Our interest in highly sophisticated systems able to guarantee the quality and pureness of goat’s milk is what distinguishes Amalattea’s products from others. Amalattea’s strong control over every aspect of the production chain guarantees the preservation of outstanding quality in every step of the production process. Accurate and selective procedures allowed Amalattea to be awarded two prestigious certification for the processing site in Villagrande Strisaili, Sardinia by the certification body DNV (Det Norske Veritas ), the’ International Food Standard (IFS) with a score of 100/100 (the highest level of conformity to the international food industry standard) and the Traceability certification. These certifications not only enhance goat’s milk even more at National and international level, but also Amalattea’s commitment .  The production lines are being widened to allow the production of even more goat’s milk products and to increase Amalattea’s ability to satisfy market's demand. Amalattea intends to develop further in an innovative manner but with the consumer’s health in mind at all times.
